According to Scott Gustin, Disney Vacation Club is sending out communication informing Members that they have removed borrowing restrictions. The restrictions were put in place in April 2020 and only allowed Members to borrow a percentage of their Vacation Points. That restriction is now lifted and Members are allowed to borrow the full allotment of Vacation Points.
