Typhoon Lagoon Extends Operating Schedule Through Early November

After only having park hours through October 29th for months, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park has updated their operating schedule to include hours through November 5th. Theme park fans have been waiting on the return of Blizzard Beach, which is still likely to reopen this year, but it doesn’t look likely to reopen this month with the latest extension of park hours at Typhoon Lagoon.

While Disney has operated both water parks at the same time in the past, Blizzard Beach was in need of refurbishment after being thrown off of the refurbishment schedule by COVID-19 and an immediate reopening. Typhoon Lagoon received a post-COVID refurbishment, but Blizzard Beach did not until its current closure.

Disney has not announced an official reopening date for Blizzard Beach.
