Permits Filed for Construction On Every Walt Disney World Railroad Station at Magic Kingdom

    Published:

Five permits were filed this week for construction on all three of the Walt Disney World Railroad stations at Magic Kingdom. It’s unknown what the scope of the work is, but the permits cover electrical work and general construction. The contractor performing the work is Disney World’s in-house contractor – Buena Vista Construction Company.

It’s unclear what impact, if any, the work would have on the reopening of the Walt Disney World Railroad, which is currently scheduled to reopen in the first quarter of 2023, but an exact date or timeframe has not been announced by Disney.
