During the 2023 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, guests can find some Disney Jr. stars at the Disney Junior Jam dance party. There are some changes this year, and in this article, we’ll share everything you need to know if you plan on stopping by!
First and foremost, the dance party has changed locations. In years past, guests could find the Disney Junior Jam dance party in Storybook Circus, in a tent near the back of the mini-land. With that area now utilized as an overflow queue for the popular Seven Dwarfs meet & greet, the Disney Junior Jam dance party has moved to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe for the 2023 season.
The Disney Junior Jam dance party takes place from 7pm to midnight, and guests can dance along with one of two pairs of Disney characters. When we visited, Timon and Doc McStuffins were one of the pairs, and Vampirina and Fancy Nancy were the other pair. They trade on and off throughout the night, so you should be able to find one of the two pairs relatively reliably during the evening.
One thing that is guaranteed is high-energy tunes courtesy of a DJ who is set up on the stage that normally is reserved for Sonny Eclipse.
If you’re lucky with timing, you’ll even see Powerline Max come through for a song and dance during a very limited window during the evening. For more on the roaming Powerline Dance Party, check out our article below.
