Starting November 9th, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade will return to twice-daily showtimes, with the exception of two days that might give us a hint at when holiday taping might take place at Magic Kingdom.
Here’s a look at the Festival of Fantasy Parade schedule through early December:
- Now – November 8: 3pm only
- November 9-10: 12pm & 3pm
- November 11: 2pm only
- November 12: no showtimes
- November 13-December 2: 12pm & 3pm
If we were to read too much into the showtimes for the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, we would place our bets on holiday filming at Magic Kingdom early (and/or late) on November 11th, and most of the day on November 12th.
Taking our speculation a step further, we’d guess that filming will definitely take place late on November 11th and all day on November 12th because the 5:10pm Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade has been canceled for both of those days.
The Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire Cinderella Castle stage show has also been canceled for November 11th & 12th, likely due to the filming taking over the stage on those two dates.
Disney has not publically announced holiday filming dates, but they typically don’t. The holiday taping usually commandeers the Cinderella Castle stage for most of the day and evening but doesn’t otherwise impact attractions or experiences that don’t rely on that area of Magic Kingdom. Happily Ever After will be performed as usual.
