The Walt Disney Company has announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held April 3rd. The meeting is sure to be an interesting one, with multiple outsiders contending for Board of Directors spots, including Trian Group and Blackwells. Disney announced the date for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in an announcement outlining their argument for their current Board of Directors.
The 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 3, 2024, and all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2024 are entitled to vote at the meeting.
Between now and the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Disney executives will hold an earnings call to discuss fiscal first quarter 2024 results on February 7th.
