With the end of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Virtual Queue, a new era of planning begins at EPCOT starting February 25th. In case you missed the news, Cosmic Rewind and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open their standby queues starting February 25th, ending more than 1,000 days in a row for Cosmic Rewind on the Virtual Queue system. With the debut of the traditional standby queue comes another operational change for Cosmic Rewind – the addition to Early Entry.
Cosmic Rewind Added to Early Entry
While Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has not been added to the Early Entry page on the Walt Disney World website, updated operating hours show that it will be open during Early Entry starting February 25th.
Other attractions open during Early Entry at EPCOT include:
- Frozen Ever After
- Mission: SPACE
- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
- Soarin’ Around the World
- Spaceship Earth
- Test Track
- The Seas with Nemo & Friends
As a reminder, Early Entry is a perk offered to all Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests that allows guests to get a head start on their day in the parks. Eligible guests can start riding eligible rides up to 30 minutes before the theme park opens to the general public.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be a very popular option during Early Entry. It will be interesting to see how other rides like Frozen Ever After or, perhaps, even Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure are impacted by the opening of the standby queue for Cosmic Rewind.
