Preparations are underway for the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, including the arrival of the first character topiaries! In this article, we’ll have an ongoing list of character topiaries as they are installed in the lead up to the March 4th debut of the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival!
World Celebration
Figment
The Figment topiary can be found in a new spot this year. Guests will still want to head to the World Celebration Gardens, but instead of the featured planter, Figment is in the secondary planter to the south.
Phineas & Ferb
You can find Phineas & Ferb in World Celebration, along the main walkway from the World Celebration Gardens to World Showcase. They can be found across from the south end of Creations Shop, near the CommuniCore Plaza area.
Luisa, Mirabel, Antonio, and Isabela
Guests can find Luisa, Mirabel, Antonio, and Isabela from Encanto in an all-new location this year. Find the four siblings in World Celebration between CommuniCore Plaza and the Imagination Pavilion.
Bambi, Thumper, and Flower
Bambi, Thumper, and Flower have relocated this year. Typically, they have been found near the Canada Pavilion. This year, they can be found along a walkway that connects World Celebration to World Discovery, near the south end of Creations Shop.
Goofy
Goofy can be found in his typical spot, along the Rosewalk pathway between the Imagination Pavilion/CommuniCore Hall and World Showcase. The Goofy topiary debuted in 2024 and is one of the newest topiaries in the lineup.
World Discovery
Stitch
2026 marks the return of the Stitch topiary to the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. Guests can find Stitch in front of the Mission: SPACE attraction in World Discovery. The last time the Stitch topiary was part of the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival was back in 2019.
World Nature
Donald Duck & Nephews
Donald Duck and his nephews are in an all-new location for this year’s Festival. To find them, head to World Nature along the walkway toward The Land Pavilion!
World Showcase
Pandas in China
In the China Pavilion, guests can find a trio of pandas in their typical spot in the gardens in front of the Temple of Heaven.
Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs
The installation of Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs topiary scene has begun at EPCOT. So far, only Snow White and Dopey are installed, but we expect that the remaining six dwarfs will arrive shortly. Here’s a look at the scene as of today!
Peter Pan, Captain Hook, and Tick-Tock the Crocodile
Guests can find Peter Pan, Captain Hook, and Tick-Tock the Crocodile in a new location this year. The trio can be found in the United Kingdom Pavilion proper, instead of in walkway gardens as has been the case in years past. Other than that, the characters and poses appear to remain the same.
Anna & Elsa
The Anna & Elsa topiaries return to their traditional spot in the Norway Pavilion. The Frozen sisters retain their 2025 looks when Elsa got an icy blue cape. There are some snowflakes with lights embedded in them nearby.
Miguel & Dante
Guests can find the highly detailed Miguel and Dante topiaries just outside the Mexico Pavilion again this year. So far, there has been no projection-mapping equipment installed, but Disney played with the concept back in 2024. It wasn’t perfect, but we’d like to see Disney continue to experiment with making the topiaries come to life after dark.
