A new Magic Kingdom park map has debuted for the new year, and we’ve got our hands on it to see what’s new! The park map debuted yesterday, a day earlier than previously planned due to the slightly accelerated closure of Pete’s Silly Sideshow. Here’s a look at what’s new in the Magic Kingdom park map January 2026 update!
New Magic Kingdom Park Map (January 2026)
The front of the map retains a purple border and a photo from the new Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away nighttime parade. Here’s a look at the map, followed by a rundown of the changes compared to the previous version of the map.
- Mirabel replaces Elsa on the cover
- Reference to mobile dining reservation check-in added to Beak and Barrel
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad has been removed from refurbishment. The attraction remains closed until Spring
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin received an updated description. It will reopen this Spring
- Pete’s Silly Sideshow has been removed from the map. Here’s where you can meet the characters now
- Big Top Souvenirs removed from the map. It remains open for now, but will likely close for refurbishment
- AstroFizz added to the map
- Tortuga Tavern has been removed from the map
