With construction on Rivers of Light close to completion and testing of the Sunset Kilimanjaro Safaris offering ongoing, it won’t be long until guests are able to enjoy Animal Kingdom into the night.
Many who have seen the testing for Sunset Kilimanjaro Safaris say that it will truly be an amazing sight, but how is Disney creating this effect? Large LED screens will provide a constant sunset in which to view the savannah. We can see the LED screens on the left side of this image.

Is there an video footage during night or day time? Can you see the LED screen all the time, or does the light just “come through” the trees?
