Scaffolding is now down at Paddlefish as it prepares for its opening this month.
We can see that lighting has been installed on the interior of the restaurant.
A giant paddlewheel has also been recently installed.
While there is still an official opening date of “early 2017”, the Paddlefish twitter account has hinted at a January opening.
