It didn’t seem like they would need to do it, but Disney has just released a round of fall and holiday 2019 discounts for Walt Disney World. When Disney released their first round of free dining packages for summer 2019, the thought was that they were trying to entice guests to visit during what was described to be a “soft” summer for resort bookings and travel plans to Walt Disney World. The free dining packages were to end on September 30, 2019, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge would bring in massive crowds and fill up all of the hotel rooms around property, removing the need for Disney to offer discounts in the fall and holiday seasons to get people to visit. Star Wars was going to be enough. That is, until it opened to low crowds in Disneyland.
Now, Disney is back with another round of free dining, this time for select dates after Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens and through parts of December. Here are the details:
