Rise of the Resistance is proving to be an extremely popular attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The popularity isn’t surprising considering the hype built for the attraction. With crowds gathering at the park well before opening time Disney has already adjusted park hours to open an hour before the previously established 8am open. With the park opening at 7am, there’s few buses running the early early morning routes. This is where Minnie Van comes into play.
Previously only starting operation at 6:30am, we caught Minnie Vans operating this morning at 5:00am. This gives an added 90 minutes of operation to the popular service. Getting to Disney’s Hollywood Studios early is key to getting a boarding pass for Rise of the Resistance. Those staying on Disney property may elect to take a Minnie Van, for a fee, to the park instead of waiting on complimentary transportation.
