While Disney had previously paused all construction during the COVID-19 closure, crews are back to work on some of the most anticipated projects around Walt Disney World.
We’ve previously covered the latest work at TRON Lightcycle Run, the France Pavilion expansion, PLAY! Pavilion, and more, but today we have a unique look at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
As you may know, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will blast guests back to the Big Bang in a mission for Rocket Racoon. The entrance to the attraction will feature a massive Xandarian Nova Corps spaceship in front of the attraction building. You can see the ship in the concept art below.
Thanks to a photo from friend of the site @bioreconstruct, we can take a peek over the construction walls at the work taking place for the support base of the craft.
The Nova Corps spaceship isn’t the only spaceship we’ll see in the attraction. According to concept art, guests will get a glimpse of the Milano, Star-Lord’s ship from the movies.
It’s been an exciting few weeks for Marvel spaceships, with the Avenger’s Quinjet landing at Disney’s California Adventure recently.
