KiteTails Jet Ski Performers Mask Up at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

|

At EPCOT today, the Voices of Liberty moved indoors and sang maskless from a distance to guests. On a recent visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we noticed that the jet ski performers in KiteTails have taken to wearing masks – something that they weren’t doing in the fall when the show debuted.

The performers are part of a third-party company called Kiteman Productions, and because of how close they sit to one another, and how limited the skillset is of people who can perform the choreographed maneuvers, they have taken to wearing masks.

When the show debuted, the jet ski performers were unmasked, but the land-based performers were masked. Now, all performers are masked.
