Typhoon Lagoon to Close When Blizzard Beach Reopens This November

    Published:

Disney World will continue the COVID-era tradition of only operating one water park at a time this winter. On November 6th, Blizzard Beach will reopen following months of closure, but Typhoon Lagoon will not remain open.

According to Disney, Typhoon Lagoon will have its final operating day of the season on November 5th, closing for seasonal refurbishment on November 6th.

Disney World has not operated both of its water parks at the same time since the March 2020 COVID-19 closures. Typically, both water parks would be open during the summer months, only closing seasonally, one at a time, during the colder months.
