One of the final pieces of the puzzle for the lengthy Mission: SPACE courtyard refurbishment is a refresh of the planet Mars. The courtyard, or Planetary Plaza, has been under construction since May 2023 when the project began with a pavement refurbishment before crews turned their attention to the planets (and moon).
While visiting EPCOT recently, we stopped by to get an updated look at the refurbishment of planet Mars, which is time-consuming and quite expensive. Here are an assortment of photos showcasing different angles of the work.
