Walt Disney World has removed showtimes for several nighttime shows as conditions in Central Florida deteriorate due to Hurricane Helene. While Central Florida will be spared from the worst of the storm, windy conditions have increased throughout the early afternoon, and are expected to continue throughout the evening into the early morning hours. As a result, conditions at the theme parks will continue to worsen as the day goes on, and nighttime spectaculars have been canceled. Here’s a look at what’s changed.

Nighttime Spectaculars Canceled at Walt Disney World Due to Hurricane Helene

Walt Disney World has removed showtimes for Luminous at EPCOT, as well as showtimes for Fantasmic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The Wonderful World of Animation has also been removed from the schedule at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

There were no scheduled fireworks at Magic Kingdom due to the cancelation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the early closure of the park.

It is expected that normal park operations will return tomorrow, September 27th.
