With one Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge construction project complete, crews can turn their attention to another long-running project. Back in September 2025, we spotted construction walls at Savi’s Workshop. Since then, there really hasn’t been a lot of visible progress on the project. That is, until now, and what appears to be the installation of a shade structure for the Savi’s Workshop courtyard.
Shade Structure Added to Savi’s Workshop
While walking through Black Spire Outpost, we noticed new structures were installed in the Savi’s Workshop construction site. These structures appear to be for a new shade element, likely themed tarps covering the area for the brutal summers and outdoor waiting area.
Actually, we expect that the end result will be similar to this structure seen near the restrooms.
