Disneyland, you can keep Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and the rest – we have a new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge seating area. A construction project that began last Summer has finally debuted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and what a seating area it is! Set on the outskirts of Disney’s highly themed Star Wars land, this new seating area carries forward the design and feel of Black Spire Outpost, even if I’m staring at an oversized Buzz Lightyear while enjoying my Pizza Planet spring roll. Here’s a look around.
New Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Seating Area
Sarcasm aside, the seating area will be a popular spot with guests who are enjoying something from the new Popcorn & Snacks stand in Toy Story Land, or grandparents waiting for their family to enjoy 90 seconds of non-stop spinning at the nearby Alien Swirling Saucers attraction.
