Six Ravens is officially open today at Disney Springs. The new savory concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse has posted operating hours for the first time. That confirms its grand opening in The Landing. Disney has also published the full menu, giving guests their first complete look at pricing for the “Coffyn” hand pies and the rest of the lineup.

Six Ravens Opens at Disney Springs
Six Ravens has posted operating hours today at its location in The Landing, marking the restaurant’s grand opening. The gothic-themed quick-service spot takes over the former Art of Shaving space. It sits just steps from Gideon’s Bakehouse, the bakery behind the new concept.
The centerpiece of the menu is the “Coffyn,” a hand pie made from a yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings. Six Ravens describes the name as the original medieval term for a hand pie. That storybook framing carries through the rest of the menu descriptions.

Each Coffyn comes with its own dipping sauce pairing. The lineup includes:

A classic cheeseburger topped with American cheese and dill pickle bits, encased in a sesame seed sprinkled Coffyn. Paired with Pink Salamander dipping sauce. - The Villain of Valentina | $10.99
