The 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is underway, and as part of our coverage, we’re going to review the Food Studios. Here’s our The Artist’s Table Food Studio Review.
The Artist’s Table is a returning Food Studio and is located in The American Adventure Pavilion.
The Artist’s Table Review
Beef Wellington – $8.50
Beef Wellington: Mushroom Duxelle, Prosciutto and Puff Pastry with Red Wine Demi-Glace and Baby Vegetables
What a disappointment the beef wellington is this year. An abysmal portion at an outrageous price is only mildly saved by passable flavors. You can skip it.
Pan-Seared Scallops – $7.00
Pan-Seared Scallops with Vanilla-Butternut Squash Purée, Brown Butter Cauliflower Purée and Lime Foam (Color Stroll item)
Disney’s typically excellent scallops were decidedly middle-of-the-road for us this year. If you’re a fan of scallops, the $7 price isn’t prohibitive.
Pistachio Cake – $4.75
Pistachio Cake with Cherry Mousse and Morello Cherries
The only thing worth stopping for at The Artist’s Table is the cake. A good portion is met with a wonderful presentation and fair price.
