Disney has just announced that there will be new entertainment added to Pandora – The World of Avatar this April. Starting April 22nd, guests will be able to interact with the pilot of this new type of research exoskeleton similar to the military AMP suit seen in the first Avatar movie. The pilot will tell stories about what he has learned while studying Pandora.
The new suit is called the Pandora Utility Suit and is used to study the wildlife on the planet.
Because the setting of Pandora – The World of Avatar is years after the first movie, the need for a military AMP suit has disappeared, and been replaced by this research version instead. Guests can still see the military AMP suit in front of Pongu Pongu.
