The long-awaited Jack Skellington sipper has finally debuted at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The sipper, which can be found at the food stands on either side of the Hub and retails for $17. It’s the last announced merchandise to become available at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and could be sold during regular park hours as supplies of the sipper allow. As a reminder, the Oogie Boogie Popcorn Bucket is now sold during regular park hours, while supplies last.
