Gideon’s Bakehouse is scheduled to reopen today at Disney Springs after a sudden closure earlier this month. According to Gideon’s, the sudden closure was to allow for more work to be done in the space after a soft opening period over the holidays.
In addition to announcing that they will reopen today, January 14th, at Disney Springs, Gideon’s also announced that they will be having a Grand Opening celebration on January 16th:
