Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom should note that the character flotilla entertainment that typically circles Discovery Island is currently unable to do so due to Hurricane Ian damage. Multiple trees fell into the Discovery River, blocking the path for the flotillas to make a full navigation along the Discovery River. Instead, the flotillas are limited to just the immediate lake in the Discovery River Amphitheater. The character flotillas circle the amphitheater once before heading backstage.
