Tower of Terror Begins Next Round of Refurbishment Leading to Halved Capacity & Higher Waits at Hollywood Studios

According to Cast Members at the attraction Tower of Terror is now undergoing refurbishment on the elevator shafts that remained open during the previous refurbishment. As a refresher, Tower of Terror was operating at half capacity from February 6, 2022 through June 25, 2022. During that time, the two leftmost elevator shafts (Echo) were closed and maintenance was done on the drop tower ride. The rightmost elevator shafts (Foxtrot) remained open, but with wait times roughly double what was expected due to the reduced capacity.

Now, it looks like the Foxtrot shaft is closed for maintenance, perhaps closing on or around November 8th. (An earlier version of those article said December)

If the maintenance schedule follows the Echo refurbishment, we can expect elevated wait times to continue through March.
