Level99 is officially open at Disney Springs. The competitive socializing venue welcomed its first guests at 11am today, and we were there to take a peek inside on opening day. From the glowing entrance to the challenge rooms and the central bar, here’s our look at what guests experience when visiting Level99.

Stepping Inside on Opening Day

The doors opened at 11am, and the first guests moved quickly from the entrance into the heart of the venue. Check-in runs through a tap-in station where guests link a Veloband, the wearable that tracks scores across every challenge room.

From there, the space opens up. A towering central bar anchors the ground floor beneath rings of neon, with challenge rooms branching off in every direction and a second floor holding even more. The theming carries through the hallways, where murals and themed doors set the tone before you ever step into a room.

Big Fun, Manageable Crowds

By late morning, the venue was active without feeling packed. Most rooms had a party inside, though not every room was occupied at the same time, which left enough room to move between challenges without fighting through a crowd.

Where guests did wait, the lines stayed short. Of the rooms that were full, only about 20-30% had a party lined up, waiting for the current group to clear. The takeaway for your own visit is encouraging so far: crowds moved smoothly, and you shouldn’t expect to spend the day waiting on rooms. We shared our fuller verdict in our first impression review published earlier today.

In terms of capacity, we understand that Level99 is capping attendance at a few hundred guests through the door per hour. In total, there should be fewer than 900 guests playing at any given moment, which I’m hopeful will keep room wait times manageable. We’ll have more on crowds and wait times when we return with friends!

An Exclusive Pin for the First 500 Guests

Opening day brought a reward for guests who showed up early. The first 500 people through the doors received a free exclusive Level99 pin, a three-star design representative of the top score in the game rooms.
