Disney Springs welcomes Santa back to his marketplace on November 11th, and he greets guests there through December 24th. Guests join a virtual queue in the My Disney Experience app, since Disney says no standby line is available. The visit suits all ages and includes fresh milk and cookies.

How the Santa Virtual Queue Works

Disney has used a virtual queue for Santa at Disney Springs every holiday season since at least 2021. This year, one person can join for an entire party of up to 10 people, and that person must be at Disney Springs when joining. Disney says spots are subject to availability, so a reminder on your phone for the join time you want is a smart move.

Each day, guests have five chances to enter the virtual queue:

  • 9:00am
  • 11:00am
  • 1:00pm
  • 3:00pm
  • 5:00pm

After joining, the person who signed up receives a push notification when the party can return. That notification links to a digital entry code for Santa’s Marketplace. If the code goes missing, tap the three-line menu in My Disney Experience and choose Virtual Queues to find it again.

Milk and Cookies, and Letters to Santa

Santa’s Marketplace sits in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs, near Disney’s Pin Traders. Dairy Does More hosts the space, and guests get fresh milk and cookies during the visit. Disney marks the experience as open to all ages.

Kids can also write a letter to Santa at Once Upon a Toy and mail it directly to the North Pole. That works as a good backup plan for anyone who misses a queue window or wants to add more seasonal magic. Disney Springs also brings back its Christmas Tree Stroll on November 11th through January 3rd, 2027, with new Bluey, Monsters, Inc., and Hallmark trees. The Hallmark pop-up shop gives holiday shoppers another stop.
