Disney’s October 7th livestream revealed the Disney Believe’s December 18th, 2027 maiden voyage and a long list of new venues, shows, and suites. The deck plans now map all of the new announcements and reveals across 15 decks. They also let us compare the ship with the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, and Disney Destiny. In this article, we’re taking a closer look at the full deck plans, deck by deck.

Disney Believe Deck Plans: Every Venue & How It Compares

Detailed deck plan of Disney Believe cruise ship with venue locations.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

  • Where every venue, kids club, and suite sits on Decks 1 through 15
  • Where new spaces like Oaken’s Table, Gazelle, Skygazers, and Wishing Well fit on the ship
  • How the Believe’s themes compare with the Wish, Treasure, and Destiny

The Disney Believe is the fourth ship in the Wish class. Its plans will look familiar to anyone who has sailed the earlier three. Deck 3 centers on the Grand Hall, with lounges and cafรฉs clustered around it. The pool areas and activities fill the upper decks. Here’s a look at the official plans, where all of the newly revealed venues are located, and how it compares to other Wish-class ships.

Decks 1 Through 3: Tender Lobbies, Kids Clubs, and the Grand Hall

Deck 1 is the simplest level on the plans. It holds four Tender Lobbies and a Health Center, and nothing else carries a guest-facing label. Deck 2 picks up with Disney’s Oceaneer Club and the “it’s a small world” nursery at midship. The lowest level of the Walt Disney Theatre sits at the forward end. Standard Inside and Deluxe Oceanview staterooms line the same deck, allowing families with young children to sleep close to the club.

Deck 3 is the heart of the ship. The Grand Hall sits at midship, 1923 anchors the aft end, and the Walt Disney Theatre fills the forward end. Forward of the Grand Hall, Sea Notes, Wishing Well, and the returning Haunted Mansion Parlor share a row of lounges. Two Shopping & Merchandise locations sit alongside them.

Disney says the Grand Hall draws on Moana and its Pacific Islands setting. It calls the space “an architectural meeting of the sky and sea.” Ocean-hued carpet and a ceiling scattered with constellations carry that idea through the room. Railings inspired by Moana’s skirt echo the theme. A chandelier modeled after the ocean’s fluid movement hides the heart of Te Fiti. Disney first showed the Moana-themed Grand Hall at D23 Expo. The statue of Moana, Pua, and Heihei also appeared in sculpt form in the Imagineering pavilion.

Decks 4 and 5: Gazelle, Dinner Shows, and the Pub

Deck 4 puts Worlds of Marvel at the aft end. Gazelle fills the central stretch and continues up to Deck 5. Disney says Gazelle will host family fun by day and adult-exclusive entertainment after sunset. The venue draws on the bustling metropolis of Zootopia. Forward of it, Wonderland Cinema and Never Land Cinema sit beside the Walt Disney Theatre. Midship, Cafรฉ Kakamora, Untangled Salon, Hook’s Barbery, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique gather in one cluster.

Deck 5 has Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast at the aft end. Disney says Oaken and his cousins host the meal in a Scandinavian Summerhaus courtyard deep in a forest. Reimagined Frozen songs and appearances from Anna and Kristoff round out the meal. Edge, Big Hero Sips, and Mickey’s Mainsail fill the middle of the deck. The Disney Vacation Club location and Shutters Photography Shop sit there too.

Skygazers sits toward the forward end, near Senses Fitness and Senses Spa. Disney describes Skygazers as an observatory-themed pub inside an astronomer’s laboratory. Bookshelves hold astronomical instruments and celestial maps. Hidden nods to Disney stories where characters wished upon stars fill the room. It serves craft brews, specialty cocktails, and light bites, and it doubles as a spot for live sports. The plans also label the familiar Triton Lounge near Gazelle.

Decks 6 Through 10: Staterooms and Suites

Decks 6 through 10 are almost entirely staterooms. The plans label Standard Inside, Deluxe Oceanview, Deluxe Oceanview with Verandah, and Deluxe Family Oceanview categories across these decks. Deck 8 adds a Fairytale Laundry at midship. Disney says 70 percent of staterooms include a verandah. The ship has more than 450 connecting doors for larger families. Papercut-style artwork in the staterooms is all new and evokes stories like Moana, Coco, and Inside Out.

Concierge accommodations begin on Deck 10, where a Concierge 1-Story Royal Suite with Verandah sits at the stern. Disney says two new royal suites join the ship. One is the Royal Reef Suite, themed to The Little Mermaid. The other is the Royal Rose Suite, inspired by Beauty and the Beast. Concierge staterooms carry the whimsical world of Neverland from Peter Pan. Several special oceanview rooms above the bridge carry the playful spirit of Toy Story instead. The Deck 11 plan places Concierge Family Oceanview Staterooms at the bow. That appears to match those rooms.

Decks 11 Through 15: Pool Decks, Quiet Cove, and the Tower Suite

Deck 11 is the family food deck. Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods, Marceline Market, and Inside Out: Joyful Sweets surround the central pool deck. Dory’s Forget Me Knots sits on the aft side. Disney says Joyful Sweets returns with sculptures from Inside Out 2. Those include Anxiety, Envy, and the Sense of Self structure. The shop also offers nearly 20 flavors of gelato and ice cream.

Deck 12 splits into three neighborhoods. The Toy Story water district sits forward. There, the plans label Toy Story Splash Zone, Wheezy’s Freezies, Funnel Vision, and the Slide-a-saurus Rex slide. The Concierge Lounge sits at the bow. Vibe, The Hideaway, Hero Zone, The Rose, Palo Steakhouse, and Enchantรฉ by Chef Arnaud Lallement share the stern. That puts the teen club and the adult dining rooms on the same deck. The central pool area sits between them.

Deck 13 holds the adults-only retreat at the stern, with Cove Cafรฉ and Quiet Cove. AquaMouse and Hero Zone, which the plans label again on this deck, sit forward of the retreat. The bow contains the Concierge Private Sun Deck and a Concierge 1-Bedroom Suite with Verandah. Concierge Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah sit there too. Disney hasn’t described a new AquaMouse story for the Believe in the materials we reviewed.

Decks 14 and 15 belong to the Believe Tower Suite. The two-story suite sits in the forward funnel. Its lower level is on Deck 14, and its upper level is on Deck 15. Disney says the suite theme is exclusive to the Believe and sleeps eight. Each room is modeled after a different Magic Kingdom land. Fireworks- and balloon-inspired light fixtures and an art piece depicting Cinderella Castle hint at the park throughout. The Concierge 2-Story Royal Suite with Verandah spans both levels at the bow.

How the Believe Compares With Wish, Treasure, and Destiny

Disney says the Believe combines new offerings with returning guest favorites, and the plans show that. The backbone will be familiar for guests who have sailed on the Wish class. It includes a Grand Hall on Deck 3 with 1923 aft of it and family dinner shows on Decks 4 and 5. A high-end shopping hub sits in some prime real estate off the Grand Hall. The plans also show the three upper-deck districts that Disney introduced aboard the Disney Wish. Haunted Mansion Parlor, which debuted aboard the Disney Treasure, returns alongside 1923 and Worlds of Marvel.

While the layout remains the same throughout the class, themes shift around across the four ships:

  • Grand Hall statue:
    • Cinderella on the Disney Wish

    • Keg & Compass on the Wish

    • Cask and Cannon on the Destiny
    • Skygazers on the Believe
  • Piano lounge:
    • Nightingale’s on the Wish
    • Scat Cat Lounge on the Treasure
    • De Vil’s on the Destiny
    • Sea Notes on the Believe
  • Sweet shop:
    • Inside Out: Joyful Sweets on the Wish
    • Jumbeaux’s Sweets on the Treasure
    • Edna ร€ La Mode Sweets on the Destiny
    • Joyful Sweets again on the Believe.
  • Walk-up cafรฉs:
    • The Wishing Star Cafรฉ and The Enchanted Sword Cafรฉ on the Wish
    • Heihei Cafรฉ and Jade Cricket Cafรฉ on the Treasure
    • Cafรฉ Megara and Cafรฉ Merida on the Destiny
    • Big Hero Sips and Cafรฉ Kakamora on the Believe

Many themes carry over from the earlier ships:

  • Frozen: Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure on the Wish and Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast on the Believe.
  • Inside Out: Joyful Sweets on both the Wish and the Believe, now with sculptures from Inside Out 2.
  • Haunted Mansion: Haunted Mansion Parlor on the Treasure, Destiny, and the Believe.
  • Zootopia: the Treasure’s sweet shop, Jumbeaux’s Sweets, and the Believe’s entertainment hub, Gazelle.
