Disney has released on-ride photos of the Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival attraction in the Fantasy Springs expansion at Tokyo DisneySea. The attraction is located in Rapunzel’s Forest – the Tangled-themed area in Fantasy Springs. The photos were distributed to favored media outlets and reporters. Rapunzel’s Forest
In Rapunzel’s Forest stands a tower where the long-haired princess Rapunzel has lived since she was a child. Here, guests can enjoy the Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival attraction (water ride, roughly 5 minutes long), and experience Rapunzel’s “best day ever” as she falls in love with Flynn Rider on a romantic boat ride to the annual Lantern Festival. Over at The Snuggly Duckling restaurant, where the local rough-and- tumble crowd gathers, guests can enjoy a meal in a variety of atmospheric dining areas.

For the first time ever, be transported to where the glowing lanterns gleam on Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival over in Rapunzel’s Forest. This romantic gondola journey retells the tale of Disney Animation’s “Tangled,” from Rapunzel’s tower to the moment we’ve all been waiting for, watching the sky envelope with countless lanterns to the tune of “I See the Light.”
