Disney has removed the Tomorrowland entrance sign as part of a soft reimagining of the futuristic land at Magic Kingdom.
Disney has slowly been making changes to Tomorrowland such as installing a new sign for Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, adding splashes of color, and the addition of the Tron roller coaster. It’s all part of an overhaul of Tomorrowland that should remove many of the steampunk-type elements that were added a few decades ago.
Overnight, Disney removed the Tomorrowland entrance sign. While we don’t know what the new sign will look like, it will be installed “later this summer”.
The view into Tomorrowland and the Astro Orbiter is clean, for now.
