Mexico Pavilion restaurant operator Palmas Restaurant Group is offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for select positions within the San Angel Inn restaurant.
The bonus comes at a time where employers are finding it difficult to staff up. Even Walt Disney World is having difficulties staffing, accelerating the return of the Disney College Program following a lack of interest for many former Cast Members to return to work.
In July 2020, Palmas Restaurant Group laid off much of its staff, from top to bottom.
