In addition to the closure and refurbishment of the Stormalong Bay pool area, Disney World has announced that there will be a room refurbishment for “some guest rooms” at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort in early 2025. The work will begin in January 2025 and run through May 2025. Here’s the announcment from Disney World:
From January 2025 through May 2025, some guest rooms at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
