CONFIRMED: Spaceship Earth Refurbishment Delayed

    Disney has just released more information about the attractions and entertainment offerings that will be available when the Walt Disney World theme parks reopen. In the update, Disney confirmed our earlier reporting that the massive Spaceship Earth refurbishment has been delayed and it will reopen when EPCOT reopens on July 15th. Spaceship Earth was originally scheduled to close for refurbishment on May 26th.

    Time travelers, take note that the iconic Spaceship Earth attraction at EPCOT will also continue to be available in its current state while we pause on its planned refurbishment

    Disney did not state when they will restart the refurbishment or make any other statements about the massive EPCOT overhaul project.
