New Scrims Arrive at Pirates of the Caribbean Clock Tower 4 Months After Project Begins

Some four months after the project began, new scrims have arrived at the Pirates of the Caribbean clock tower. Officially named the Torre del Cielo, construction walls went up around the clock tower in January. There has been some demolition in the area, and now we’ll likely see the refurbishment of the clock tower itself.

Here’s a look at the recently installed scaffolding.

The attraction continues to operate, uninterrupted, and there is no work taking place in the queue at this time.
