According to Walt Disney World, Spaceship Earth will be closed starting August 25th for refurbishment. The refurbishment is described as routine, and the attraction is planned to reopen later this year. As of right now, a reopening date has not yet been announced.

Spaceship Earth was scheduled for a reimagining back in 2020, but the massive ride update was canceled.

Spaceship Earth will be temporarily closed for a routine refurbishment beginning August 25, 2025, and is planned to reopen later this year.
