As Cast Member friends and family previews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind continue at EPCOT, Disney has made a much-needed operational update to the overflow queue. As we noted in our review of the new ride, there isn’t a lot of indoor queue space relative to the efficiency of the attraction.
As a result, we believe that the outdoor overflow queue will be used a lot during the remainder of the previews and through opening day – even with a virtual queue. To that end, Disney has added some much-needed shade in the form of umbrellas to the overflow queue. Here’s a before/after of the overflow queue.
