    Disney has announced that Max Goof will be cosplaying as Powerline as he leads a 90’s-themed crew down Main Street USA as part of a special pre-parade entertainment offering before the start of the Boo To You Parade each night during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
