In a Bank of America conference this afternoon, Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro talked about the way that guests use Disney Genie+ at the theme parks. The Disney Genie+ product is doing “phenomenally well” and is doing better than Disney had originally forecasted, according to D’Amaro. D’Amaro went on to say that guests who have used the Disney Genie+ product indicate a strong intent to use it again. According to D’Amaro, 70% of guests who purchase Disney Genie+ intend to buy it again when they return.
Disney executives have recently said that about 50% of all guests purchase Disney Genie+ during their vacation.
