Orange and Osceola counties are among 30+ counties covered by a State of Emergency as declared by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Disney World is split across both Orange and Osceola counties, with the majority of property in Orange County.

The State of Emergency was declared ahead of expected severe weather from Subtropical Storm Nicole, which will likely produce heavy rain and winds Wednesday and Thursday in the Florida peninsula.

Disney World has not announced any operational impacts, closures, or cancellations due to Subtropical Storm Nicole.
