Moon Refurbished…Jupiter Up Next…Earth Still Missing in Planetary Plaza at EPCOT

While riding the monorail around EPCOT, and well before our permitted park hopping time (still crazy that’s a thingfor now), we spotted some new scrims around Jupiter in the Planetary Plaza courtyard at EPCOT’s Mission: SPACE. Note that Earth is still missing too, which has been the case since at least mid-August.

On an earlier trip to EPCOT, we noticed that the moon was out from behind walls, and captured some photos of the refurbished rock on an overcast day.

Here’s a look at the plaza before Jupiter was hidden behind scrims. We took the photo below on the same day as the moon photos above.

As part of the ongoing refresh of Planetary Plaza, there has been all-new flooring installed and new Mars rover tracks from an updated mission!
