The 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is underway, and as part of our coverage, we’re going to review the Food Studios. Here’s our Goshiki Food Studio Review.
Goshiki is a returning Food Studio and is located in the Japan Pavilion.
Chicken Kushiage (NEW) – $8.50
Chicken Kushiage: Breaded and fried chicken with yum yum sauce and vegetables
This dish is probably an example of being more than the sum of its parts. The chicken, in particular, is probably less than exciting, but when paired with everything else here, the dish is as flavorful as it is colorful.
Sushi Donut – $8.50
Sushi Donut: Donut-shaped sushi featuring salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, and sesame seed over a decorated plate of wasabi aïoli, sriracha, and eel sauce
It will be a weird Festival of the Arts when the sushi donut isn’t offered. Even more photogenic this year, the fresh fish and accompaniments make this a fun dish worth trying.
Beverages:
- Masu Sake in a Traditional Personalized Wooden Cup – $13
- Niseko Flurry: Sake, Rum, White Cranberry Juice, Blue Curaçao and Lime Juice – $8
- Fuyu Winter Ale – $5/$9 (6oz/12oz)
