As Disney prepares to roll out the next big innovation in guest experiences at Walt Disney World, Cast Member training for Disney Genie has begun.
As you can see in our photos below, Disney Genie training is currently taking place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the Theater in the Wild. Of course, the theater is making some news as the Finding Nemo – The Musical show that played inside is rumored to be closed permanently.
Cast Members around the resort are being trained on the service. From attractions Cast Members to resort Cast Members, just about everyone you experience during your visit should be knowledgeable on how the service can help you during your vacation.
