Ever since the debut of the Tree of Life Awakening projection show last summer, guests have enjoyed ending their night watching the animals on the tree come alive and tell their stories. One thing that was quite noticeable when walking between Asia and Africa was the lack of projections on the backside of the Tree of Life. It seems like Disney is working on adding three projectors to the Discovery River shoreline to address that issue.
Here’s a projector stand under construction. It looks like the rock is getting some attention too.
No word on when these may be completed, but it’s likely that they want this ready for the opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar on May 27th.
