Unite Here Local 362, a union representing Disney World Cast Members, has shared some of the dates that Cast Members will be called back to the theme parks to begin retraining. According to the union, here are the recall dates for Cast Members working in the theme parks:

Magic Kingdom/Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom are set to reopen on July 11th to the public, ahead of EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

• Disney will begin to recall Coordinators for these two theme parks as early as June 14th.
• Disney will begin to recall most attractions host and hostesses on June 21st.
• Disney will complete their recall by June 28th.

EPCOT/Disney’s Hollywood Studios

EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open on July 15th to the public. The recall schedule for these two theme parks will be the same as the recall schedule for Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. That is:

• Disney will begin to recall Coordinators for these two theme parks as early as June 14th.
• Disney will begin to recall most attractions host and hostesses on June 21st.
• Disney will complete their recall by June 28th.

As a reminder, Disney is planning on holding a series of soft openings for Cast Members and Annual Passholders that will take place before the parks officially open. Disney has said that the soft openings will take place in the “days leading up to” a public opening, and with this recall schedule, we anticipate that the soft openings will happen in July.
