It’s Gourd-geous! Pumpkins Return to Main Street USA for Modified “Lite” Halloween Season at Magic Kingdom

|

For the first time in years, we had a pumpkin-less Labor Day at Disney World as a result of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party being cancelled. That said, Disney World is still presenting a modified Halloween experience with fall decor and even some Halloween-themed cavalcades beginning September 15th. Today, Disney begun the process of transforming Main Street USA into a pumpkin-lined avenue once again. Here’s a look at the decorations!

Even Main Street USA Cast Members are enjoying the spooky season with their traditional Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party costumes.

While Disney decorated some of Main Street USA, don’t expect it to feel like it did last year. Notable elements are missing such as the Town Square scarecrows and jack-o-lanterns.

The Mickey Floral also hasn’t been changed from the summer look.

For the nostalgic, here’s a look back at the 2019 décor, which was installed on August 15th.

We’ll have more from Magic Kingdom this morning, so keep checking back with us here at BlogMickey.com throughout the day!
