‘EPCOT Forever’ Overnight Testing Heard at EPCOT

Guests staying in the EPCOT area resorts reported hearing EPCOT Forever audio testing last night. The audio can be faintly heard in the video below from SchwartzMobile.

At this point it’s unknown if Disney is planning on bringing EPCOT Forever back in some capacity before the debut of Harmonious. Check out our video below for a 4K viewing of EPCOT Forever.

Disney has not announced the return of nighttime spectaculars at Walt Disney World, but with large-scale theater entertainment like A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King, it’s possible that Disney is exploring the option of bringing back more entertainment as they deem it safe to do so. There are no restrictions from the state of Florida as it relates to COVID-19 safety protocols, but Disney is still implementing many protocols around their theme parks and resorts.

  1. Sometimes when testing a sound system, techs will use a track they know well as it’s easier to spot issues if you are familiar with the music where a new piece might make it more difficult to spot missing frequency or overall “feel” of the music in the space.
