Face Masks No Longer Required Outdoors for Fully Vaccinated Disneyland Cast Members

Starting tomorrow, June 26th, face masks will become optional for fully vaccinated Cast Members working outdoors at the Disneyland Resort theme parks and resorts.

The relaxation of face mask rules for Cast Members comes a week and a day after a similar measure went into effect for Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort. Today, fully vaccinated Cast Members at Walt Disney World are no longer required to wear face masks indoors. We expect Disneyland to follow suit in the next week or so, taking advantage of an executive order signed last week by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Disneyland and Walt Disney World have rolled back many of the COVID-19 safety measures they respectively reopened with as the theme parks return to normalcy this summer.
