planDisney, formerly the Disney Parks Moms Panel, is beginning the search for new panelists beginning September 9th. Here’s the announcement from Lisa Mendillo, Communications Manager, Walt Disney World Resort:
We’ve been waiting for months to share this announcement, and we are thrilled to let you all know, planDisney is indeed searching this year for its 2022 panelists! Think you’d make a great panelist? Then keep reading for all the planDisney Search information you need to know to apply.
Let’s start with some important dates! The 2022 planDisney Search will open on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Noon ET and will close promptly at Noon ET on September 14, 2021. Applications will be available at planDisneySearch.com.

What are we searching for?
You may be wondering, what are we looking for in a panelist? Fantastic question! We are searching for real guests who have mastered the art of planning a Disney vacation, whether it be to Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, aboard Disney Cruise Line or with their Disney Vacation Club Membership. Guests who love helping friends and family plan their trips! We want to hear from the young adult who just planned the ultimate bachelorette party at Walt Disney World Resort, the guest who just surprised their partner with a magical Disney getaway, or the one planning that big family reunion. If you have the knowledge, experience, and passion, then you have found your people, and we want you to apply!
What’s it like to be a Panelist?
Another question we often hear is, what is it really like to be a planDisney panelist. It no doubt is a great deal of fun working alongside other guests who share your passion for planning Disney vacations, but it is work. While our panelists have a vast knowledge of the parks, resorts and cruise ships, there are some questions that may require some research to answer. Want to know more? The 2022 panelists will be selected based on their personal experiences with Disney destinations, their communications skills in sharing their Disney knowledge and their ability to connect with guests looking for practical, helpful advice from their peers.
